A member of the Istanbul Bar Association, Umut has extensive experience in IP law. After nearly a decade at Gün + Partners and three years as Managing Attorney at Kenaroğlu Law Firm, he founded UCT IP in 2025.
He leads the firm’s Anti-Counterfeiting Department and advises clients on brand protection, enforcement, litigation, customs procedures, and criminal IP raids.
He has been recognized as a “Recommended Individual” by WTR 1000 (2025) and a “Rising Star” by Managing IP (2024).
